For any reason, you may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a FULL REFUND. If the reason for the return is not related to quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
What does this warranty cover?
During the warranty period (24 months), if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, Charged4life will replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
This warranty does not cover:
Improper use or installation
Cosmetic damage
Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar
Accidents
Misuse
Negligence
Commercial use
Modifications to any part of the product
Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
Purchases from unauthorized resellers
Lost or stolen products
Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
Free products
CHARGED4LIFE is not liable for:
Loss of data incurred from use of Charged4life products
Products where the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Charged4life, Charged4life takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
Charged4life does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
